Diaz gives his verdict on his four new team-mates at Anfield and says he feels no extra pressure with the No.7 shirt on his back
Luis Diaz has revealed he has been hugely impressed with Liverpool's summer transfer business and says he does not feel the pressure of wearing the No.7 shirt.
That quartet have effectively replaced five players who left over the summer as captain Jordan Henderson and Fabinho joined Al-Ettifaq and Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, respectively, following the departures of James Milner, Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain on free transfers. "I love the players that have come into the club, there's no denying that," Diaz said. "It’s amazing they are now here, showing their quality. "Working with Jurgen [Klopp] has improved me hugely. He has made me a better player. The work he and the coaching staff have done has been absolutely fantastic. They've improved me tactically and physically and it's all about giving 100% in every single game.
