PETALING JAYA: Lubok Antu MP Jugah Muyang has handed over his support letter to Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin during a meeting at the Prime Minister's official residence at Sri Perdana on Saturday (June 6).
Jugah, who was with Pakatan Harapan and also the vice-president of PKR Sarawak, was also accompanied by Senior Minister Datuk Seri Azmin Ali and Deputy Energy and Natural Resources Minister Ali Biju.
This is the latest in a series of MP crossovers in the bid by Perikatan Nasional and Pakatan Harapan trying to prove that they have the majority in the Dewan Rakyat. On June 4, Sri Gading MP Datuk Shahruddin Md Salleh, resigned his position as deputy works minister and met with former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.
