De Lesseps said she was able to keep up with her drinking habits for 13 years while filming a reality TV show because the worst thing she ever did on camera was fall “into a bush once.”
However, the “Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip” star quickly realized that she did have a drinking problem when she wasn’t able to decipher when to cut herself off while partying. “I’ve been forgiven a couple times for my faux pas, let’s put it that way,” she concluded. “And I just feel like I don’t wanna ask anymore for forgiveness. I don’t wanna be in that position anymore. I don’t wanna feel that shame and blame the next day. It’s just not worth it.”
