CEBU CITY, Philippines -- Some offices of the Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO-7) in Mandaue City and Cebu City will be closed after 12 employees were found positive in a rapid

At least 12 employees proved positive to the rapid tests, prompting Caindec to order the closure of the Cebu City office at N. Bacalso Highway and the Mandaue City offices. Caindec reminded the public to practice social distancing and proper hygiene when going to these offices.
