An LSU football player turned himself in after he was accused of recording himself having sex with a woman without her consent.
LSU football player Javien Toviano turned himself in to authorities in East Baton Rouge, La. on Sunday on charges of video voyeurism.
It can also include “upskirting,” when someone secretly attempts to snap a picture underneath a woman’s clothes. Toviano, in an interview with detectives, admitted using a hidden camera to record the sexual encounters, the arrest warrant states.
