MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern and Western Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the LPA with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
At 3 a.m. on Thursday, the Low Pressure Area was estimated at 135 kilometers northeast of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte or 100 km southeast of Guiuan, Eastern Samar as the northeast monsoon will be affecting Luzon, PAGASA reported.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
