The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration told reporters that the LPA is now out of the PAR as of 5 in the afternoon but will still bring scattered rains in Kalayaan Island.Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Aurora, on the other hand, will also have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to shear line or the tail end of a cold front.
Davao and Caraga region will also experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to easterlies or the warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
