The low pressure area has entered the Philippine Area of Responsibility as of 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 3, said the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration in its 4 a.m. update on Wednesday, Jan. 4.It was last seen 195 kilometers south of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
Meanwhile, the northeast monsoon or amihan may still bring cloudy skies with rains over the Cagayan Valley, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Aurora, and the rest of MIMAROPA while partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains are expected within Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
