Households 'who are struggling with the cost of living' will soon receive £50 (or more) in the form of supermarket vouchers
An estimated 4,000 households will be given supermarket vouchers later this month, completely for free. These vouchers will amount to £50 and are being issued to those struggling with the cost of living.
Different councils use the HSF funding in different ways, whether it's cash grants, energy bill support or – like in this case – supermarket vouchers for struggling families.What is available? Southampton City Council is providing struggling households with £50 vouchers – plus an extra £10 per additional household member.Who is eligible? This is available to residents of Southampton who did not receive support in June.
