Love Island viewers were left saddened as the ITV2 show was missing one of it's usual features during its return on Monday night, with many other changes also exciting fans
Love Island finally made its summer series return on Monday evening as the famous Mallorcan villa opened its doors to some more singletons.
Featuring a number of animals - including two parrots named Izzy and Lloyd who would dance, sing and chat - the adverts were a hit among viewers. The brand has also recruited summer finalist Tasha Ghouri and winter finalist Tom Clare as their pre-loved ambassadors after the duo both showed off their sense of style in their respective series'.
This time however, show bosses have decided to shake the format up and gave the public the power instead, but it meant that the islanders all had a chance to mingle and chat in the villa beforehand.
