Love Island exes spark rumours they’re back together
LOVE Island star Shannen Reilly McGrath has transformed her figure in gruelling fitness bootcamp after being cruelly body-shamed.
Some comments included Shannen being called "skinny fat", which is a term that refers to having a relatively high percentage of body fat and a low amount of muscle due to not doing any exercise. She then slipped into a yellow co-ord, before stripping off to a pink swimsuit to channel Pamela Anderson's iconic Baywatch scene.
"For anyone who feels like they need to get healthy and get themselves into fitness this is a life changer and as little as one week really could change the rest of your year."Shannen posted pictures of the four hours of daily exercise classes, including spin classes, boxing, and running on the beach.
