'It's not easy to hide.'
According to Cynthia, fans had been asking about the scar after noticing it when she was wearing a bikini during her brief stint on the reality show.
Sharing a close up picture of the scar, Cynthia explained how she had undergone surgery during her time at school after finding multiple lumps on her breast."Since being on the show I've had a few people ask me about this scar, being in a bikini all day, it's not easy to hide," she wrote. Speaking about the incident that happened when Cynthia was just a young teenager, the reality star said that she needed to have a surgical procedure when one lump turned into three.
"When I was in Year 9, I developed a lump which turned into multiple lumps in my breasts," she shared."I had to have so many tests done at a young age and eventually had surgery to remove them, all three."
