LOVE Island star Cara De La Hoyde has given birth to a baby girl with husband Nathan Massey after being rushed into early labour.Cara De La Hoyde gave birth to her little girl at 5.45amThe Sun Online can now reveal that Cara went into labour in the early hours of this morning [28 July], and their first daughter arrived soon after at 5.45am.

Proud Nathan called his wife a "hero" as he announced the birth on his Instagram page today - admitting that it'd been an "emotional" morning. "I just want to say one thing - us blokes could never in a million years go through what women do, so every woman that gives birth hats off to you because I don't think us geezers have the pain threshold.

He added in the caption: "Welcome to the world our little princess !!!! 💓 can’t wait to spend our lives together !!!your a legend , delivered our baby safe and sound !!! What a trooper you are !!! Hats off to all the pregnant women I salute you x 💓💓💓💓
