"I can understand why people thought that about my transformation, but now I feel as fit as a fiddle," said Alexandra.She felt 'sluggish' and down about her weight She dropped from 11 stone to nine in just three months - and is now determined to help others in her situation. She said: "Being on your own can be really uncomfortable at times. You have to learn things about yourself that you might be disguising in social situations and to face your realities and fears.
