Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams became overnight household names after the release of Heated Rivalry. It became available to UK viewers earlier this month and has already impressed fans and critics alike, achieving an impressive 98% score on Rotten Tomatoes.
More importantly, it's now been renewed for a second season.The Canadian television series is based on Rachel Reid’s 2019 novel of the same name, combining sports and romance in a plot that follows the forbidden love of two rival ice hockey stars.For those who haven’t binged all six episodes of the series, Storrie plays Ilya Rozanov and Williams is Shane Hollander. Cameron is a closeted teenager, bullied at school and has a poor quality family life. Despite the laws against homosexuals in the military, Cameron bids to change his life and follows his friend Ray into the unknown. Boots is equal parts funny and moving, exploring what it really means to be brave.Available to watch now on Netflix.HeartstopperThere are now three seasons of this heartwarming coming-of-age series to watch, and a feature-length film is due to be released later this year.
