Washington, one of the league’s founding athletes, believes Utah’s strong volleyball culture makes it the perfect home for a pro team. LOVB Salt Lake is part of League One Volleyball, a new league in the United States with six teams nationwide. The league aims to provide professional opportunities for female athletes in the U.S., eliminating the need to play overseas.
