Aubrey was born in Bryan, Texas. When she was three, her father's job brought the family to New Orleans. “I fell in love with the fine-dining experience,” she said. “I loved the attention to detail and the diverse culture. It was a great fit.” Desserts include bread pudding with rum sauce, chocolate peanut butter ganache cake, cayenne crème brulee, signature beignets and New Orleans wedding cake.
