A small business owner is lucky to be alive after a brutal, bloody attack in his own front yard over the weekend that ended with the family’s beloved Weiner dog being stolen.

“I told him to turn his loud music down in not such a polite way on my property,” Huffman Auto Repair & Performance Owner Jeremy Lott said.“He just beat me over my back, in the back of my legs and just kicked me and punched me and dragged me around my yard by my hair and pulled my hair all out of my head,” Lott said. “All the time he’s beating me, he’s just threatening to ... kill me,” Lott said. “I was telling God, thank you for the life I had up until that point.
“I grabbed my little niece’s pink T-ball bat,” Haley Lea said. “I put it just like this and even hiked my leg, and I went, ‘bing’ and hit him square in the head.”“I’m glad I was there to help because that man was literally murdering him in his front yard,” Lea said. “I’m a child of God. And I always say I’d like to be a vessel. That’s what I was that day.”Goodson soon left but is accused of stealing Coco, one of the Lott family’s two beloved Weiner dogs.
