Hope Walz’s TikTok account only has three videos posted on it since Thursday, the second of which she filmed herself eating macaroni and cheese while watching television as she vented on theresults. Walz explained she had reached the stage of anger in the stages of grief, and opted to “channel it” by sharing some thoughts she has had since the election.“The first one being, this country does not deserve Kamala Harris,” Hope Walz said.
In the follow-up video, Walz revealed that she “finally” took a shower and brushed her teeth for the first time since election night. She also said once she is finished with her week of mourning, “the work begins” on the Democratic Party’s next steps.she would “not concede the fight that fueled this campaign,”
and encouraged her supporters that sometimes “the fight takes a while” to win. Tim Walz has similarly expressed gratitude to the Harris-Walz supporters, writing on X that they need to “continue fighting” for the party’s ideals. While the outcome is not what we wanted, I am grateful to the millions of Americans who joined our campaign and stood up for our greatest ideals: decency, compassion, and love of our neighbor.News
