Protests against immigration deportations in Los Angeles have escalated into three days of disruptive demonstrations, marked by vandalism, flag waving, and clashes with police. Despite numerous illegal acts, including fireworks being shot at officers and police vehicles being vandalized, a lenient approach by authorities has resulted in few arrests. Mayor Karen Bass has expressed support for the protesters, while the LAPD union demands answers for the officers' apparent limitations in responding to the disturbances.
back in office, the constant protests from liberals who apparently have nothing better to do are also back. And they are already being coddled by Los Angeles stretched into their third day, with students from multiple high schools cutting class to participate. Protesters on all three days of the protests marched while waving Mexican flags to protest the deportations of illegal immigrants.
UPDATE 🚨: LAPD so far are releasing all protestors one by one, and the people are beginning to go home. No reports of anyone arrested, after a group of about 150 were detained earlier.Throughout these three days of protests, police detained hundreds of people but let them go. The Los Angeles Police Protective League, the largest union representing LAPD officers, wants aninto why officers had to stand down.
This is about what is expected from Bass and Los Angeles Democrats, who have proven time and time again that they can and will find any way to make the city worse. This is the first set of protests in Los Angeles during the Trump presidency, but it won’t be the last. The tolerance for criminal activity among protesters is only going to further degrade the quality of life in the city.
