MARTINEZ — Contra Costa prosecutors have charged a Los Angeles man with 18 felonies, including 14 counts of molesting an East Bay girl he met on social media and allegedly drove to the Bay Area to see in person, court records show.
Authorities say Williams has been under investigation since last November, when the alleged victim’s mother told police she found several empty pregnancy test and boxes of Plan B in the girl’s room, as well as evidence she was talking to a man online. The girl was only 13 years old at the time. This newspaper is not listing her city of residence to protect her identity.They were charged with helping East Bay robbers target Asian-Americans.
