The National League West-leading Los Angeles Dodgers look to snap a three-game losing streak as they take on the Cincinnati Reds Saturday night in Cincy.
The Dodgers are looking to correct their course in the midst of a brief losing skid, but they still command a 6.5-game lead over the San Francisco Giants and San Diego Padres in the NL West. LA dropped the final two games of a home series against the Arizona Diamondbacks and dropped the opener in Cincinnati, 9-6, that was fueled by a six-run fifth inning by the Reds. Spencer Steer launched a three-run homer and Jonathan India hit a grand slam to help spark Cincinnati’s win in the opener.
The Dodgers are favorites in the moneyline to get back in the win column, and they turn to righthander Walker Bueler to keep the Reds offense at bay.
