Los Altos rallied from a two-run deficit to shock visiting Palo Alto on Wednesday night. Channing Hautop’s ground ball to second base drove Kai MacQuiddy in for the winning run in the bottom of the sixth inning. MacQuiddy, who was 2 for 3 with two runs scored, also pitched 1.2 innings of scoreless relief to help Los Altos get just its second win of the season, the team improving to 2-6. Palo Alto ’s MLB prospect Charlie Bates drove in an RBI to put Palo Alto up 2-0 in the top of the third.
