PETALING JAYA: A 43-year-old lorry driver pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here on Monday to a charge of causing the death of an Indian national, whose body was found in a gunny sack early this month.
During the proceedings, deputy public prosecutor Ahmad Zuhaini Mahamad Amin requested the court not to grant bail. "The defence has no objection for this case to be jointly tried with the three other individuals who have been charged as it involves the same investigation and witnesses,” he said.
