Loughlin, best known for playing Aunt Becky on 'Full House,' had been apopular fixture on the Hallmark Channel
Lori Loughlin’s Hallmark Channel show will return without her after “a creative hiatus” and “retooling” to remove the actress following her indictment in a vast college admissions bribery scandal, the network said Wednesday.
“When Calls The Heart” will now resume with two new episodes airing May 5 and May 6, and four more on the subsequent Sundays, the network said. Bird insisted to fans after Loughlin’s indictment that the show “has not been canceled,” but announced “a creative hiatus to do some retooling on the remaining Season 6 episodes.”
