If the agreement is approved by a judge, Lori will serve two months while husband Mossimo is set for five over conspiracy charges connected to a college admissions case

Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have agreed to plead guilty, the US Department of Justice has announced, amid the college admissions scandal. Pending a judge's approval, an agreement has been made in which Lori will admit to one count of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud, while Mossimo will plead guilty to the same, as well as honest services wire and mail fraud.
