The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for the following restrictions on Loop 101 in Tempe/Mesa fromThe northbound Loop 101 ramp to eastbound Loop 202 will be closed.: Northbound Loop 101 drivers can use eastbound Rio Salado Parkway and University Drive to northbound Dobson Road to access eastbound Loop 202.Southbound Loop 101 drivers can use Broadway Road to either southbound McClintock Drive or southbound Dobson Road to access US 60.
