Pangilinan showed Mariano sipping from a cup while greeting the actress “happy balentymes.”Mariano, for her part, shared a photo of tulips but it was not immediately stated if the blooms were from her love-team partner.The couple of five years enjoyed a steak meal at an intimate dinner in a restaurant.
