The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is mourning Lisa Crenshaw.
Crenshaw was an administrative assistant at the sheriff’s office, but staff members remember her as being involved with nearly every operation there.
“She was such a blessing to our organization,” said Assistant Chief Deputy Wes Richerson. “And she was involved in just about every single thing that the sheriff’s office has done in her tenure now in almost 10 years of being with us. And she will be sorely missed, not only by the men and women of the sheriff’s office, but also everybody in the community that she touched. Truly wonderful soul.”
Montgomery County Sheriff Derrick Cunningham said a viewing will be held between noon and 7 p.m. Friday at Lewis Robusky Mortuary at 3402 Doris Circle in Montgomery. Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Beginning Holiness Church at 865 Crenshaw Road in Wetumpka.
