Operations at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport appeared to return to normal on Tuesday with security checkpoints "well within the normal range," spokesperson Jonathan Dean toldMonday. "The normal, quick and efficient checkpoint operations we're known for have returned today.
