Vladan Mihailovic, 56, was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, in addition to continuing counseling and paying fines. During a two-year period of supervision, he will not be allowed to possess a firearm.

Mihailovic pleaded guilty in March to reckless conduct, with prosecutors agreeing to drop reckless discharge of a firearm charges, according to court records.

Police said Mihailovic was in his garage with a small child, and he walked out to the car. After a brief conversation, police said, the girl driving the vehicle said she was leaving, but Mihailovic put his foot under one of the car’s tires and began screaming profanities, police said.
