Trailing 14-13 at halftime, Long found Drago for a 56-yard TD pass to regain the lead for West Essex . West Morris took back the lead at 22-19 when Jacob Morris threw a 54-yard TD pass to Gavin Drown. But Long connected with Drago for an 18-yard TD pass.Ryan Lasher opened the scoring for West Essex with a 5-yard TD run and Jake Long returned a fumble 25 yards for a TD to extend the first quarter lead to 13-0.
West Morris answered back and took a 14-13 lead into halftime thanks to second quarter touchdown runs by Jaxon Corkery and Tyler Wu .
