Former New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez ended his engagement to actress/singer Jennifer Lopez last year.
reported in November Rodriguez turned his attention to ex-model and “Real Housewife of New York” Kelly Bensimon.
“They have a cute and flirty text relationship,” says an insider. “Alex has asked her out more than once although she has not gone on a date with him.”“They’ve been having a fun text relationship for the last couple of months,” says Bensimon’s rep. “She thinks he is charming and a gentleman.” However Page Six reported that a representative for Rodriguez said his contact with Bensimon is strictly professional.
