Si Walter Lovitos, uyoan sa suspek ug anak sa biktima, nakadungog sa singgit sa iyang papa nga nangayo og tabang ug sa pagsusi niya, nakit-an ang suspek nga nagbitbit og duha ka kutsilyo nga daling nisibat sa maong dapit.Ang biktima gidali sa pagtabang ug gidala sa ospital apan gideklarar nga patay.Samtang, ang suspek nadakpan ni Bogo Brgy. Konsehal Edgar Lovitos Famat ug sa mga barangay tanod, alas 6:00 sa buntag sa samang adlaw sa Sityo Ticoy, Brgy. Bogo, Argao.
