New cosplay from Juliette Stellar combines the worlds of Star Wars and Marvel by giving Loki a brand-new suit of Mandalorian armor!
Loki is the god of mischief, but he doesn’t have a suit of Mandalorian armor… until now, thanks to cosplay from Juliette Stellar. The two worlds combine into one as the Asgardian trickster upgrades to armor made of Beskar steel.
Recently shared to Instagram, cosplay artist Juliette Stellar goes above and beyond in bringing out the details intrinsic to both the worlds of Star Wars and Marvel Comics. Stellar adds Loki’s classic green and gold color scheme to her suit of Mandalorian armor, adding a pair of golden horns to the helmet that recall Loki’s classic look. Rounding out the cosplay is a beautiful fur-trimmed cape that’s true to Loki’s Asgardian heritage but also fits in with the Armorer from The Mandalorian.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT This Cosplay Will Have Fans Begging For A Star Wars/Marvel Crossover Considering that both Marvel and Star Wars are owned by parent company Disney, a crossover where Loki gets his own suit of Mandalorian armor isn’t as crazy a notion as it sounds.
In spite of all that, it’s shocking that there hasn’t been a crossover story between the worlds of Marvel and Star Wars yet. In fact, Lucasfilm has been reluctant to cross the Star Wars franchise over into other properties, including its own. There was one out-of-continuity crossover between Indiana Jones and Star Wars: the short comic “Into the Great Unknown,” which appeared in Star Wars Tales #19.
