Echo Global Logistics has leased more than 12,000 square feet in the Citymark building at the entrance to the Dallas North Tollway on McKinnon Street.

A nationwide transportation firm is trading its downtown Dallas office for one in the Uptown area.

The Chicago-based logistics firm currently has an office in the Trammell Crow Center in downtown Dallas.“We chose this location because it gives our team members in the Metroplex the flexibility they crave,” Echo Global’s Sean Burke said in a statement. “Amenities like access to the Katy Trail and a vibrant local restaurant scene enable our Dallas team members to recharge as they serve shippers and carriers across the country.”bought the 11-story Citymark building in 2019.

Whaley and Harwood’s Hannah Mesh negotiated the Echo Global lease with Scott Hage from Jones Lang LaSalle.
