An 11-year-old from Logan, Ohio , has been crowned the 2025 Mini-Master Model Builder at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus . Bentley 's impressive rock mining and crushing vehicle build earned him the top spot in a friendly competition that attracted some of Ohio 's best young builders.
Bentley's victory was celebrated with an inaugural brick dump, marking his official welcome into the LEGOLAND Discovery Center family. As part of his win, Bentley had the opportunity to visit and converse with Master Model Builders during the exclusive LEGO F1-themed 'Build the Thrill Event,' which runs at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus through April 27. Bentley received an insider's look at the Center's activities and a behind-the-scenes tour of the Master Model Builder workshop. His attention now shifts to a global stage, where he will compete for the title of first-ever Global Mini-Master Model Builder. Bentley will face off against other Mini-Master Model Builders from around the world, each tasked with creating a build that best represents their hometowns. The 'Build the Thrill Event' invites families to participate in hands-on activities, including building the ultimate LEGO race car, racing against the clock at a pit stop, and visiting LEGO F1 in MINILAND. The event continues through April 27.
