Now in its 10th year, September's event will see more than 100 wild swimmers raise money for Galloway Mountain Rescue Team
Run by Galloway Activity Centre and now in its 10th year, the swim between September 1 and 3 will raise money for the Galloway Mountain Rescue Team. There’s also something for youngsters too with a timed kids Splash session, which includes parts of the centre’s famous wobbly waterpark.
The weekend will finish off on the Sunday with Loch Ken’s third 10km end to end swim. After the success of the inaugural Loch Ken 10k in 2021, everyone is looking forward to seeing the swimmers take on this longer event. A real endurance challenge, which will see a smaller number of experienced open water swimmers race through some of the most spectacular scenery in Scotland.
