Even if the kids don’t want to read all summer, there are other fun things to do and the library has a free summer lunch program at several branches for children up to age 18.

The Parma-Snow and Parma-Powers branch libraries are among the 27 branches of the Cuyahoga County Public Library that offer extensive programming throughout the summer. PARMA, Ohio – Summer is here – the time eagerly anticipated by most kids.

However, many parents don’t share that enthusiasm. I have one friend whose young daughter announced she “was bored” at 9:30 a.m. the second day of summer vacation.
