Lizzo Just Rocked a Tough At-Home Workout in a New TikTok Video
The singer showed off her strength with battle ropes, dumbbells, and more in her impressive home gym.
Lizzo adds an inspiring, body-positive message to fans,"If you're watching this just know you're beautiful!"has some spectacular moves, and we're not just talking about the"Truth Hurts" singer's dance moves on stage and in videos. Inspired by the many other workout clips popping up on social media, Lizzo shared one of her very own on TikTok with her song"Tempo" pumping along in the background. She captioned the video:"Seen a lot of slim chicks posting they workouts on here so I thought I'd join the fun. If you're watching this just know you’re beautiful!"
The clip is in fast motion, but you can still get a good look at all her intense moves. Lizzo starts on the floor with resistance band arm moves followed by some abs with a ball. Then, she breaks a sweat doing jumping jacks with battle ropes. She is glistening and looking oh so strong swinging the ropes like they're ribbons. Lizzo even heads outside on her deck for a series of plyometric moves with dumbbells, too.
