Liza Soberano’s first Hollywood movie, “Lisa Frankenstein”, is set to premiere on Feb. 9, 2024, the movie’s social media page announced.it's giving unliving ⚡️ LISA FRANKENSTEIN only in theaters 2.9.24.The film is about a teenager played by Kathryn Newton , who falls in love with a handsome corpse portrayed by Cole Sprouse .
“After a set of playfully horrific circumstances bring him back to life, the two embark on a murderous journey to find love, happiness…and a few missing body parts along the way,” the movie’s official website stated.Soberano’s casting was first announced in August. The Filipino-American actress shared on social media in September that they have already wrapped up filming.
She has appeared in a number of blockbuster Filipino films and TV series including"Alone/Together,""My Ex and Whys,""Just The Way You Are,""Dolce Amore" and"Forevermore." “Lisa Frankenstein” is directed by Zelda Williams and written by Diablo Cody, who won an Oscar for Best Screenplay for the movie"Juno."
