Geneseo, N.Y. — A Livingston County contractor who has been the subject of several fraud investigations is facing new charges.on grand larceny charges andwas due back in court Thursday.
Shanley went before a Livingston County Court judge Thursday morning after he and his company, N&S Home Solutions LLC, were indicted by a grand jury last month on charges of third- and fourth-degree grand larceny. Tonra said the client paid Shanley upward of $50,000 for the remodel and roof expansion, but the work was never completed. He's accused of breach of contract.
