Minister Maite Nkoana Mashabane will appear before the State Capture Inquiry today. She's minister in the presidency for Women, youth and persons with disabilities but previously served as international relations minister.The inquiry will hear Waterkloof landing related testimony of former Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane.

The Gupta family said in a statement released in 2013 that Waterkloof Air Force Base was used with full permission of the authorities.
