Liverpool have been told that Josko Gvardiol is not for sale but Evan Ndicka is available on a free transfer…‘Liverpool are in the fight for one of the Bundesliga’s hottest defensive properties,’ according to the Daily Mirror, and the man in question is Evan Dicka of Eintracht Frankfurt. He is 6’4″ and a left-sided centre-half who can also fill in at left-back.
His free agent status makes him a perfect signing for a Liverpool side that really must put all their golden eggs in the midfield basket, but it also means that they face competition from Arsenal, Tottenham, Barcelona and PSG, who might well have an advantage because Ndicka might quite fancy going home.
