Liverpool beat Manchester United 3-0 on Sunday and Trent Alexander-Arnold was all smiles at full-time
Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold laughed off his disallowed goal against Manchester United. The Reds defender saw his effort inside six minutes chalked off following a review from VAR. It was deemed that Mohamed Salah had intervened with play after straying offside in the build-up to the effort. Luis Diaz's cut-back made it's way to the Liverpool vice-captain, who fired goalwards, seeing his shot blocked on the line, but the goal line technology ruled it was over the line.
As he did against Brentford, Arne Slot brought off the defender but unlike seven days ago, the 25-year-old was all smiles as he addressed the travelling Kop. Alexander-Arnold saluted the away support, blowing three kisses and holding up three fingers, reminding United of the score. He was followed by the Sky Sports cameraman post match and the Liverpool vice-captain can be heard saying: 'Next time, we're coming back .
