Liverpool have clearly had an effect on Sergio Busquets since that Champions League game
But one player, in particular, seems to have been affected by that night more than most – Sergio Busquests.
So much so that Spaniard still hasn’t tweeted since a motivational message he posted before the defeat. Busquets tweeted: ‘We’re ready’, on the eve of the game – something which turned out to be entirely untrue. A quick glance at the midfielder’s Twitter account shows that, apart from a reply to former Barca manager Luis Enrique, he hasn’t sent a single post since that ill-fated day.
Whilst it appears that Busquets just can’t bare to look at his last tweet and think about what followed, perhaps he’s just forgotten his password., if you need a hand with any Twitter-related queries, just ask the platform’s new owner, Elon Musk.
