The city centre hotel ranked higher than the luxury five-star hotel Claridge's in London
The Resident on Seel Street was awarded TripAdvisor's 2024 'best of the best' in the UK - beating both Conrad St. James and Claridge's in London.
TripAdvisor said: "The Resident Liverpool is a delightful spot with a convenient location that stands out for its tasteful decor, spacious rooms, and personalised TVs. Not to mention, it's housed in an interesting building that's been sympathetically modernised. "Beautifully decorated public areas and quality lobby furniture contribute to the overall charm of this well-located establishment."
