Wednesday, October 2, is the second day of filing of certificates of candidacy for Eleksyon 2025 .The filing of COCs started on October 1 and will end on Tuesday, October 8.Party-list groups seeking a seat in Congress will also need to submit their Certificate of Nomination and Acceptance during the same period, October 1 to 8.
