U.S. President Joe Biden is speaking live after meeting with fellow NATO leaders to discuss the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The White House announced Thursday the U.S. will welcome 100,000 Ukrainian refugees fleeing the war expand its sanctions on Russia in response to the invasion of Ukraine. It comes as President Joe Biden and Western allies opened a trio of summits in Europe, seeking new ways to limit the economic and security fallout from the conflict.
