Congestion building on the M6
National Highways say: "There are currently delays of at least 60 minutes above usual journey times on the southbound carriageway between J32 and J30. The queue of traffic spans over 7 miles in total.
Lancashire Police currently lead the response to this incident and recovery is en route for two involved vehicles. National Highways traffic officers are on scene to assist with traffic managment.
